What is self care in kids? Self care skills are the everyday tasks undertaken so children are ready to participate in life activities (including dressing, eating, cleaning teeth )and now Including lip-care as a part of skincare, that is often forgotten. While these are usually supported by adults in young children, it is expected that children develop independence in these as they mature. When you introduce your little ones to these habits of caring for themselves, it can help them learn how to deal with stressors in the future and reduces their risk of developing anxiety and depression!
