SHIPPING & RETURNS

FALONFABRINI SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 2-7 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. We offer U.S. Standard Ground Shipping, Priority Shipping, Flat Rate Box and more.  Our standard shipping option is Standard 5-7 Day Shipping.

International Shipping

We hear your requests and we are working diligently to meet them. We do not offer international shipping at the moment. If you live outside of the USA and wish to order please email us hello@falonfabrini.com 

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Please Note

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed, however processing times can take up to 7 days.
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
  • All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency
  • Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

Duties + Taxes Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.There are no refunds or exchanges.

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. 

Business Days + Holidays

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 

Packages do not ship on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Please make sure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly. If a package is returned to FALONFABRINI LLC, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, FalonFabrini LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment. 

 RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to hygienic/sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or cancelations once your order has been placed.
