SHIPPING/ORDER STATUS

How long is shipping? 

Processing time is currently 2-7 business days+ the USPS shipping time after the package has been dropped off. DUE TO COVID-19 they may experience some delay.

My order status says delivered but it has not arrived. 

If this situation ever occurs, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. FalonFabrini LLC prides ourselves in packaging your orders with lots of care and precision, however after we drop off packages  at the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

When can I get products that are out of stock?

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by subscribing to our email list. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.

There are no returns or exchanges honoured due to sanitary & hygenic purposes.

Never. FalonFabrini LLC is a cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals. 

Is FalonFabrini LLC a vegan line?

FalonFabrini LLC products are cruelty-free and never test on animals. While majority of our products are free of animal byproducts, FalonFabrini lip balms are not considered vegan: This product contains ingredients such as beeswax which to some vegans are not considered vegan due to being made from bees. For information on specific products, please refer to the Ingredients tab on the product pages. 

Is FalonFabrini Gluten Free and Paraben Free?

Yes, FalonFabrini products are paraben-free and gluten free. 

IS THE GLITTER USED, COSMETIC GRADE?

Yes, all glitter used is cosmetic grade glitter. FDA Approved.
